Immersive Citizens is overrated in my opinion. I would do that myself cause its little work, but I am a complete novice in mods creations. If you want to try to use a mod that changes a few navmeshes also changed by immersive citizens, then the conflict winner should be a mod that changes more navmeshes modified both fashions.
